Fark Carlton will likely pass us next year. I know this is a horrible thing to say, but their list is very balanced and with a couple of potent small forwards, I see them improving dramatically.

I still reckon they’ve got Fark all depth.
They’ll be dangerous at full strength. But lose 2 or 3 of their top ten and they’ll be in big trouble.
No chance for top 8 imo.

Well, if they go past us we’ll probably go back to beating them on a consistent basis given the underdog history of these clashes over the last 2 decades.

Betts is cooked. Don’t reckon it’s the right move to get him. He’s certainly lost a step and he was never uber quick anyhow. I guess if they don’t land Papley he might be a slight upgrade on Michael Gibbons up there.

He is absolutely cooked. He can still scavenge the odd goal, but the days of him taking on an opponent and making him look silly are well and truly gone. Yes we should have picked him up when he left FC. But not now. The Crows dropped him this year. He’ll struggle to get a game next year.
