We all know that the year Bewick comes to the league will be the time AFL change the father son rules!

When essendon has a f/s thats rated a top 10 afl will change the rules that any club can draft them you just watch

Playing 14s as a 13 year old. 5th in the league best and fairest and 2nd in the goal kicking. Hopefully we won’t see a rule change to the father-son rule when Bewick is draft eligible.

Depends if they also change the f/s bidding rules, it could screw us over heavily if Bewick jr ends up being a top prospect.

I can see it now, Fathers son taken at pick 1 multiple years in a row just in time for the AFL to “adjust” the rules as Koby Bewick enters his final year of junior football
