He didn't set the world on fire in the u18s, and hasn't been invited to either draft combine or state screening. I don't think there's a huge amount of demand for his services out there.

Noah Peverill is 2 years old. I expect regular updates for the next 15 years, including all milestones such as potty training.
Reading the names on that list makes me tight in the pants department. Sure, the likelihood is miniscule that they'll even play AFL let alone be actually any good but that doesn't stop my imagination running rampant :P

Have heard a rumour that Dean Wallis is ■■■■■■ at the club and that by extension Tom is no certainty to come to the club as a father son, with the belief being that he would knock back a F/S gig. Can't confirm the validity of the rumour, but it is coming from my nephew who played at Airport West and has maintained a keen interest and links in the EDFL.
Heard this story a few times with disaffected ex-players. Usually the F/S ends up at the club.
I've heard Tex Wanganeen is coming to Essendon because he doesn't like McDonalds.

HM and other draft watchers, is there a particular reason why Jake Long hasn’t been hyped around here often? Is it because he’s not a guarantee to be there at a certain pick we’ll be using or he’s simply not good enough?
People were going absolutely nuts over Joe wayy before the draft.

Joe was one of the top couple of talents in his draft level. I would have had him at 1, personally.
Jake, based purely on his numbers, is no certainty to be picked up at all - and the consensus of recruiters seems to be that he won't be, since he has not been invited to the draft combine or to state screening.
