I reckon it’s one plate of 20 kg on each side but could be wrong. If he is doing 80kg with that form I’d be impressed for a guy of hams size. If it’s 40kg I’d hope they are doing more heavy weight training with him generally, as that’s his only main weakness holding him back from being a good player imo.
The bar is 20kg, hes lifting 60kg.

I don’t reckon a guy of hams size could bench 100kg.
Ham can definitely bench 100kg as a 1 rep max.
When training relatively hard, but short of a professional program, I weighed 85kg, was 6 foot and could bench a 1 rep max of 117kg. I would not have looked as strong as Ham, who is comfortably one of our lightest players.
They are working on strength endurance, not power, and as such are working at lower weight, high reps and high fatigue simulation. This type of training would be for building conditioning to handle repeat efforts.
ANY player that has been in the system 3+ years that can’t do a 1 rep max of 100kg is probably a 1% chance of ever being any good.

Yeh Francis i actually dont have in my best 22 as yet. I think he has made some good steps this pre season to be very close. Baldwin i think will be a better forward. Francis is simply better as a defender. Kelly may have taken his spot
