Or did the AFL just stitch us up for optics. I can’t help but think in other years he would have got band 1 but because of the top 10 being so compromised they just made the call to screw us.

A decent result but not a great one.
If we matched we may have been in a position to get either pick 18 or 19 for him so its not the end of the world to get pick 20.
if we matched, there was no guarantee he hangs around anyway.

A ■■■■ result really. I think the AFL is starting to wear me down…I find it farcical that this is the same set of decision makers that West Coast get pick 19 so they don’t lose pick 2 by bringing in Allen and therefore simultaneously hand the current Premiers that pick. They have literally no idea what they are doing to the competition.

We’re just bitter than we don’t get given back overs like Wet Toast have got for Allen. We’d just really like an extra helping hand of AFL incompetency to go our way.

What would Starcevich be worth in a trade? Is pick 19 overs for him?
Without the head knocks? Not overs at all.
Hard to say without seeing medical reports.
I still think they’ll also throw in Dev Robertson for the pick as well.
