I think we have done really well with some out of the box draftees and trades
Snelling, Durham, Waterman, Wright, Hind, Draper to name but a few. I have a lot of confidence that Dodoro has found his groove in recent years and we may well have a few more surprise packages in Voss, Lord, Baldwin, McDonagh etc.
If just one of them make it then thatās a job well done I would say

I might be way off the mark but I think Adrian gets too much credit and too much blame also (if that makes sense).
There are numerous people at the club that have a say. He gets the deal.done, and general makes it happen. You donāt last that long in elite sport if Ur it doing something right.

I wouldnāt play him on weightman, just have him hover in the D50. But before that he should walk up to weightman and say ādont worry mate, im not going to play on you, but youād better hope Hindy can keep you quite, because if youve got the ball anywhere near me iāll break you in half.ā

While l have never seen Voss play or even train, what l want is that he continues to improve in the VFL - game by game to ensure that he debuts in Rd 13 when Ess plays Carlton at the G !!
