Can this guy play a shut down role ?
He has elite endurance, who do we need to shutdown from the opposition VFL side?
Or are you thinking of a Cripps matchup later in the year. I would fear for Cripps safety, given he is banged up every week.

Any update on his VFL report??
Played a decent game to my eyes, considering he was a forward in a team that got smashed (scoreboard was kind).
Kicked 1, hit the post with another.
Showed a pretty powerful burst to collect the ball and run into an open goal, unfortunately stuffed up a bounce and got nothing.
Plays hard. Got reported but I’d be surprised if anything came of it.

The natural comparison is Cam Zurhaar. He’s proper bash and crash with a strong emphasis on the bash part.

He definitely has what our forwardline needs. As good as Jones is and 2mp has been, neither bring a physical presence as kpfs.
Hopefully he’s a better forward than brose turned out to be.

Wouldn’t you just love for this fella to be 197-198cm true kpf size hitting packs and running down small forwards with bone crunching tackles like he’s highlight video
It would be handy if he was that height and KPB. We could use that. Like a bigger Rambrose.
