I donāt know if it was a mistake to get rid of him, but it just seems ridicoulous that we never even had a look at him at senior level, especially as there was plenty of opportunity to do so. If he showed something, we might have been able to sneak a 3rd or 4th rounder for him.
Just seems like poor asset management more than anything.
Itās beyond that, itās incompetence and ignorance from a coach that said that said he wanted to have a good look at the list.
Correct me if Iām wrong but I think BS debued the least amount of players of any team in he AFL in his first year.
I am assuming your graphic is from the stats section of the AFL website
For long periods, Jones has played wing, and is now classified as a midfielder.
However Voss is classified as a Key Forward.
The algorithm sensibly rates the same players stats according to the position they play.
Its problematic where a player is used as a utility.
Eg. What position does Nic Martin play? Since he has played as an inside midfielder for the last 2 games, as a half back last season and as a forward at times this season, how does the algorithm deal with that.
They also have Amiss.
So Lav and Blakiston to Amiss and Treacy (assuming Treacy is playing forward - he was switched back for a bit last weekend). That leaves Prior to Voss (assuming Redman will still miss).
As per last week, our problem will be dealing with their loose man in our forward line.
Especially if thereās no Goldy and 2MP is spending more time in the ruck to give Vigo a break.
Brennan Cox will take one of 2MP or Caddy. Draper gets the other. That leaves Ryan loose. Ryan is going to have a field day.
Having a discussion on twitter and am currently being told that Brad had no choice but to play Weid as he had no choice and he didnāt pick the list.
Can someone jog my memory but was Voss available during that 8 week patch
