I just decided to stop snacking. Lately ; have cut back from 2 coffees a day to 1. I used to have them as morning and afternoon tea with a snack, now l just have the one with lunch. My wife is fasting for Ramadan, and l have decided to join her. It was good enough for Dean Solomon when he joined Saad during Ramadan while at GCS, so it is good enough for me.
When I stopped doing athletics at about 20 and started playing local footy again, it was not hard to get over 90 kg with all the beer we drank.
I got down to 82 before I got elected to the local Shire Council but again with all the free food and beer, my weight got to 96 and none of my suits fitted. So the edict from Mrs Fox was to lose weight or spend a lot of money on new clothes for me and an equal amount for her.
Hence I now weight 72 kg.
I used to complain that someone was sneaking into my apartment at night and taking all my pants in, but no one believed me. I knew l was putting on weight when in 2018 l could no longer fit into a pair of pants l bought in 1988. We gave that pair of trousers to my wife’s uncle, he weighed about 60 kg. Problem solved.
This thread has taken an interesting turn.
I will now embark on a weight loss journey. Thank you.
When it comes to Mass I’ve got all of you covered. Seriously though he is a good small forward. We should have used him in that role.
He wanted to get out of Essendon primarily due to the fact he didn’t believe he was getting a fair go. Wanted to go to Collingwood but they showed no interest. Hawks snapped him up
He’s too slow to be forward. Seriously the bloke was liking Jamie Elliot posts after a gut wrenching Anzac Day loss. Fark him.
mass had 29 odd disposals against the saints and higging kicked 4 and the coach hung him out to dry.
higgin has 3 so far, who the ■■■■ is scott going to blame for higgins tonight ?
Imagine if we kept him down back and let Martin stay on a wing.
Where would you play Kelly?
Full forward
It wasn’t our choice. He wanted to leave.
He wanted 2 years, we offered 1. He said he would have stayed if we gave him 2.
After he turned down our upped offer of 2 years we would’ve said to him ‘nothing personal kid, good luck at the Hawks’
And usually it ends there but for some reason this carryon is still going
Did we up the offer to 2 years? I thought we refused and said good luck.
Who really cares…he’s gone so why do we continue to waste time on the nitty gritty of it all?
Something to do? What you wanna talk about then?
Well…I’m currently sitting in my hotel lobby in Cairo (so that I can access the internet)…it’s been rather hot today.
Noice. There for business or pleasure?
@swoodley is there to try and determine whether the pyramids hold the answer to the question of why we dropped mass after his game against saints and subsequently cut him from our list
