I think the list is rubbish, I don’t rate the coach and I want us to be bottom 4 to get better draft picks.

But I’ll be absolutely fuming if this seriously undermanned side loses to the reigning premier on their home ground tonight!

They seem to take the weaker sides a bit lightly. switch off even.

All anyone wants is for everyone on the team to play with the effort and skill of a top four team’s best player in a preliminary final every week. Other than that they don’t care about the results.

Fans have written off the season, a bunch of key players are injured and everyone is already thinking about the offseason. Historically, this game is the one we bizarrely win.

We faced a similar situation in last year’s game against them—dealing with injuries and poor form, we expected a belting but ended up losing by 20 points in a scrap. Here’s hoping for a repeat tonight. Winning would be better, but that’s not realistic.

The Lions were in “meh” mode at the back end of the H&A season last year.

They are 17-19% behind all other top 4 teams at the moment. They’ll be eying tonight as a game to narrow that gap.
