Game v Sydney Review Thread: Screw Diggers

They’re also bitter because long term they know they are in serious strife. Their age of success is coming to an end. Kennedy is looking tired, carrying their midfield for years is finally catching up with him.

Longmire is hurting even worse than that. l mentioned in the lead up to the match that he was sounding desperate with his backs to the wall approach. Now he is using injuries as a very poor excuse to cover over the fact that his team just got demolished. Very poor form John, you wanted your team to breath fire, and we put out their flame, don’t claim now that Buddy has been carrying an injury all season. If you select a player, stand by the decision, don’t cry off poor, poor, pitiful me.

Well yes John Longmire you were pitiful. Your comments are about the Swannies, no real credit given to Essendon who were ready for anything and everything your team attempted to dish up.

On second thoughts, not deserving of pitiful, plain pathetic.

Best win for the year for mine.
Really got our hands dirty and showed some nuts. Stood up to the physical stuff. Loved Hurley’s game. It’s taken me a while, but I’m starting to see it with Langford.

Thought they could bully their way through again. Not this time. Suck it Longmire, suck it long and hard.

They sure are a dirty team. Great to see us outclass them.

No Jobe snuck into my town for the night! Otherwise Singapore isn’t that exciting.

Blaming my mate and the extended lunch for the quality of photo. It was great to share the win with an absolute Bomber Legend even from here. Unfortunately his passion isn’t equal to that of many on Blitz at the moment but he still enjoyed the win. It’s clear that Jobe isn’t completely in love with footy but he still wants the club to succeed.

Go Bombers.

Its ■■■■■■ late so I’ll keep it brief for now.

Yes theres a bunch of games left this round but we’re a game from 4th.

I ■■■■■■■ love you Dons.

One of the best games I have seen the Bombers play.

Hurley - Made Buddy his ■■■■■
Heppell/Merrett - Brilliant effort
Langford - Getting better every game
Smith/Stringer/Saad - Outstanding pickups on the list - Smith is recruit of the year
Francis - Welcome back mate, great game

Many others to list!! Brilliant game!! About time we beat Shitney.

This team is so much like the 93 team imo. That was so satisfying. I reckon I have travelled to every Sydney game for that 7 years of horrible drought, including the devestating two of last year.
We absolutely killed them. Should have been a plus 70 point victory. If Wolverine , Gil and his little bum buddy’s death stares from the boundary couldn’t help them, then we are officially now a good side

Fark it is good to be a Sydney Bomber when you beat the COLAs and lovechilds twice in a season. Team effort last night.

How the fark did this team lose to Fark Carlton???

Commentary team were pointing out that the runners weren’t coming into the ground at the end of each qtr because Gil and Hocking were on the boundary. So, if they don’t attend every game from now one they’ve skewed the manner in which this one particular game was officiated.

Did last night really happen?

Woosha after the game reckons Smith desire to impact a contest is as good as anyone hes coached.

Cousins, Kerr, Judd, Fletcher company there. Goodness me.
