70 odd points was on the cards. When do we do that? We don’t. Sitting there watching their lead whittled down to below 5 goals should just not happen. If McKenna didn’t get that dodgy free they were within 4 goals. Panic stations.

You did see the ump intervention after half time, though, right? We took our foot off the gas in the third, but came home well in the last quarter - a quarter in which the Lions had 5 or 6 frees to 1. Enjoy the win.

They fought back hard, shut down our run and worked harder than they had before half time. We then weathered that, stopped them scoring easily and getting too much of a run on and then ran the game out hard to win solidly in the end.

I think we burnt hard after last weeks game where we went even harder.
Won’t be surprised if we’re flat against North but then back up against Collingwood.
