I actually forget about the FF rebirth. I played the remake and it was incredible. That helps heaps.
I checked the Indiana Jones game but it’s still only available for Xbox?? Booo!! (Not sure if buying an Xbox just to play that would be worth it but my impulsive side is tempted).
I had the original PS VR but not sure if it’s worth getting the next version of it. The games weren’t worth it for the original IMO.

Indiana Jones getting released for ps5 next year around March or April if you can hold off.
Yeah i wouldnt bother with psvr2 Sony losing money on it and kind of abandoned it
I used my psvr for bit then the novilty wore off and didn’t use it again beat saber the only vr game i enjoyed

Indiana Jones comes out on PS5 next year, I think.
I have a PSVR and a PSVR2. PSVR2 is a lot of fun, but you’re right - it’s not cheap.

Dragon Quest III is all the rage here in Japan.
The new Indiana Jones game is absolutely superb. Great detail ,cool story.

It sounds great. I bought it a couple of weeks ago, but when In tried to play it, I discovered that the disc drive on XBox isn’t working, and I’ve had to wrangle with EB Games about getting it fixed (it’s out of warranty, but I bought it less than three years ago, so I’m hoping that it’s covered by the Australian Consumer Law).
I’ve been playing the remastered version of ‘System Shock’ on PS5 (I never played it in the 90s when it first came out).
Anyone play DCS or IL2?
An NBN technician came out today (yes new years day) as iinet said my NBN box had been dropping the connection a lot - 13 times in the last 2 months, 6 times in the last 2 days.
He replaced my NBN box with a newer one, and cut the coaxial cable in street out the front and made a new connection to the amplifier, which just happens to be out the front of our place.
WOW.
I now have a quicker connection for upload and download speed, however lag has dropped from 175-190ms to now 125 ms, which is huge.

To clarify:
Lag on my Xbox during a game was 125ms.
Lag on my Mac is 15ms.

The Warhammer episode on Amazon Prime’s Secret Level is awesome. Wonder how long until/if Space Marine 2 hits PSplus extra.

We are at my family’s holiday house. The connection is dropping every 30 minutes during the day and takes ~5 minutes to reconnect each time. Seems to stay more stable at night.
I’m guessing it’s due to the number of people down at the beach and the infrastructure here can’t handle it. Although we’ve never had this problem before even during the busy summer periods. It’s infuriating. I rang iinet on the first day and the support guy was pretty useless. Haven’t had the energy to call back yet.
are you connecting to a singapore server? if its aus based should be <30 for most cities, 90 if perth as most data centres are in sydney
I ended up going with Final Fantasy Rebirth as the Christmas break game.
Currently 80 hours in….and have been staying up until the sun rises most nights playing it.
I have no idea how to go back to my adult responsibilities when I return to work next week

I played FF Remake back when it was on the ps4 but just got the ps5 version. Will play that next. Looks like Indiana Jones will be the next one after that.
Any idea when the third of this FF series is being released?
