Yea Donkey Kong looks good also.

What’s the deal with Pre order, pay the initial deposit and then either pay it off along the way or lump some once it’s out?

online at EB you can pay the full amount or put a $50 deposit

Pre order date delayed by Nintendo in the US due to Trumps Tariffs

Everyone worried that Nintendo will increase the price of the Switch 2 from $450 USD

Thats what you get America for votiing for the orange imbecile

This is such a great idea
Except I’ve lost my skills. My 14 year old daughter now beats me consistently :smiling_face_with_tear:

Wouldn’t be funny if it was the Nintendo Switch 2 that turns the maga tide against him. Heavens forbid the maga masses have to pay double for their gaming.

I think its about time America pay for things that are closer to other countries. gamers in the US had it cheap for a long time

Amercians always complain how expensive it is to live in Australia well now they are going to feel whats its like

So, I missed the switch 1 generation and just pre-ordered the switch 2.

If you had to recommend a couple of Switch 1 games to catch up on, please go ahead.

Tears of the Kingdom for sure. It’s an absolute art piece.

Mariokart 8 - though I understand if you went with the new one

Octopath Traveller 2 if you like the old school RPGs but with new graphics

I played Hogwarts Legacy on switch rather than on my other consoles and I enjoyed it.

Pokémon Arceus - something a little different (and better) than the mainline games.

Minecraft - it may actually run better on the 2. It’s performance on switch isn’t great but is still an enjoyable game

Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga

Mario Golf

I played RDR1 when it got a switch port and if youve never played L.A Noire, why have you not yet played L.A Noire?

Thanks, that’s cool. My daughter is probably old enough to get into minecraft, so that’s good to hear.

I always caution people on Zelda. There is a shitload of wondering around doing absolutely nothing, with weapons that you can only use like 10 times before they break.

It’s a fun game (at times), but absolutely brain numbingly boring for the majority.

That is simply untrue. There’s always mining to do, a new enemy to defeat, a new shrine to complete, a new puzzle to solve. There is very little mindless wandering.

The shrines are the best bit about the game.

Enemies? There’s like three different enemies in the whole game and your weapons die after usage so it’s so boring.

Ill be replaying both. Tears of The Kingdom looks and runs amazing on Switch 2

I loved breath of the wild but struggled a bit with tears of the kingdom.

Edit I should add I’m a complete Zelda nerd since A Link to the Past. To the point my second child is named Zelda.
