US-Iran News LIVE: US completes another round of strikes against Iran, says over 90 targets hit
The US Central Command forces completed an additional round of strikes against Iran on July 8 to “further degrade Iran’s ability to attack commercial shipping and innocent civilian mariners in the Strait of Hormuz.”
According to CENTCOM, US forces struck approximately 90 Iranian military targets including air defense systems, coastal surveillance assets, missile and drone storage sites, naval capabilities, and military logistics infrastructure along Iran’s coastline. The latest strikes follow the successful execution of offensive strikes in Iran the night before.
CENTCOM forces hit approximately 80 Iranian military targets on July 7, including more than 60 Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps small boats, to impose high costs for Iran violating the ceasefire by attacking three commercial vessels navigating the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said it attacked two US bases in Kuwait and two in Bahrain in response to Washington’s military strikes on Iranian targets.
According to the IRGC, Arifjan and Ali Al Salem bases in Kuwait, along with Juffair and Sheikh Isa in Bahrain, were targeted on Thursday.
If U.S. aggression continues, “our crushing responses will expand to other American bases across the region,” the IRGC said.

Donald Trump told reporters that he wants the rest of the world to reimburse him for his unilateral decision to start a war with Iran.
I mean if we didn’t already know he’s running things like a criminal mob boss.
Create a problem that didn’t exist previously. Charge a modest 20% fee to fix the problem. No refunds.
And it provides further support to an enemy position that should not be acceptable in any way, in relation to freedom of navigation. Watch for other rogue nations, in strategic locations, to start doing the same.
Iran’s response is gold though.

So for 20% of a ships cargo…….the US navy is going to escort a cargo ship past Iran? I assume to provide protection, the US Navy will sail in between Iran and the cargo ship then?
