ACLs are overrated anyway.
Are you just having a TKR? Or are they going to do an ACL repair as well?
If the former you should be cycling and golfing well before 8 weeks provided the replacement goes well.

No ACL involved just knee replacement .

I don’t have PCL as well.

Surgeon said they have you walking in a couple of days then rehab ..

He’s confident due to my sporting fitness back ground that ill do the rehab properly

8 to 12 he said was very conservative

Oooft. Any word on whether they’re going to let her weight bear through at least one lower limb?

Not sure if it counts, but I did a 27km trail run at Warby this morning. Currently enjoying a coffee watching the even more sadistic types finishing the 50km.

Right leg can bear the weight the left is completely cooked

My knee range is 80 degrees another 40 degree and they will move me on to next phase

Well done on the run

From my experience much better than 2 non-weight bearing limbs so at least a (small) silver lining.

80 is pretty good a day or 2 post-op.
When I normally see people (1-2 weeks post-op) they’ve normally gone back a bit from when in hospital which I put down to (1) swelling kicking in and (2) they aren’t pumped full of painkillers :joy:
Most surgeons up here are pretty happy if you can get them to 90 degrees by the 6 week mark.

I couldn’t straighten leg fully before surgery’s and was lucky to get 180.

Whe straightened my right knee sat about 100mm higher then the left lol

Looking at resistance bands sets.. so many brands but dunno about their quality…

They all come from either a factory in Pakistan or Sri Lanka, and the quality (largely) depends on the conditions (humidity being a big one) when they were made as that affects the layer adhesion.
If you get a dodgy set from a particular brand it likely has more to do with the batch than the brand.

I wonder which way @Heather_Mills is leaning?

Been trying to find UnderSun.. cant see a single stockist here or get them into here without paying over $200

Other brands I am looking at:
Tribe
Hapbear

Rogue Fitness might be another option.

I have both the above and Undersun.

Pretty sure I ordered Undersun direct from the US.

What was the price for Undersun? I cant seem to get a link to them..

Just seen that the quality has gone downhill in the last year.

I bought 2 sets, plus hip bands, plus a mat.

USD $250 delivered.

Pricey, but I bought a fair bit of stuff.

Quality is good though.

Neither since the recalibration.

What was the link to order. I try and get onto their site and it sends me to Amazon which doesnt recognise it.

Yer, that’s strange.

I ordered direct from them in 2021.

Not sure what’s going on with the redirect to Amazon, as even on the US site, I can’t see UnderSun as an available brand.

Shoot them an email.
