High half forward - why?

Every year I hope we sellect (potential gun) small forwards only to get disappointed! The high half forward seems almost the most important position. Pies load up again on this position. Why are the bombers not filling this need?

You spent six years working out this post and its contrary title?

Rescue it, quickly, and decide if it is about tactics, individual players, or drafting (the latter would mean this is in the wrong sub-forum ).

We are definitely short in that area.

I’d go with the drafting forum.

We have Langford in this role and that is all we need.

we’ve taken tex and two daveys in the last couple years. how many u want?

Martin? Duursma? Wing, high half forward, interchangeable.

Can Caddy be that player? Perkins?

Didn’t Joel Smith get in trouble for being a high half forward?

I suspect the club has been given a strong indication that Zurhaar will come to us through FA next year. Pure speculation on my part.
