You’re so kind, but unfortunately neither pic is me.
First pic is Mick Hughes, he mixes front of house for Metallica, and in the 90s pioneered some mixing techniques no one had ever seen before, but are now used all over the world today. One of the most prestigious audio console manufacturers in the world approached him and asked what he wanted in the next console he toured with. Of course the console he spec’d didn’t exist… so they built it for him.
Second pic is Dave Rat. He mixes front of house for Chilli Peppers among other things, and is famous for designing his own speakers used by the band on stage, and pioneered some other mixing techniques. Both these guys are geniuses, I want to be like them when I grow up.
