The only thing worse than a pie chart is an incorrectly proportioned pie chart.

What about an incorrectly proportioned 3D pie chart?

Pie charts are terrible in any and all dimensions, so it’s no worse.

Who believes a poll like this?
28% of green voters liking the idea of nuclear power? lol

I don’t think so. Some one is trying to mislead ignorant people.

If there were to be a poll of priorities in Australia and most other western countries, cost of living and related affordable housing could be top of the agenda.
Energy bills are one component of the cost of living. Nuclear energy hasn’t resolved the problem in countries with nuclear energy in the mix.
Now, if there to be a poll whether nuclear energy would bring down cost of living….
Dutton is doing a dead cat bounce on nuclear to divert from more effective policies to bring down cost of living, like raising wages of the less well off and fast tracking social housing, paid for by taxing the rich.

I’m for nuclear power in Australia in the same way I’m for winning the lottery.

Fixed.

A three year projection that you need a farking microscope to read. Cheers for that.

Mislead ignoramuses? By the Murdoch and other right wing media? Never!

While the MSM highlights the crisis in our health system and government cutbacks, none of them appear interested in the Federal and State Government funding of outsourced NFPs which are overcharging the Governments for their services.

I suppose this is the best thread for this article.

If BT lost his job that would only improve “journalism”. The guy doesn’t deserve the role, he hasn’t done any research for years and constantly gets the players names wrong.

The Hun gets another hit by the Press Council, following a complaint by the Victorian DPP about its misrepresentation of the relationship with the cops and its alleged failure to prosecute neo Nazis, as well as the actual number of incidents that the cops informed the DPP.
The Press Council did not accept the Hun’s defence that the DPP did not respond to an offer to correct the facts prior to publication . The Hun rang the Office of the DPP at 5 pm on a Saturday and didn’t get a reply!

I think I almost died of irony overdose today when I heard that the writers of the financial review had taken a break from demanding that unions be abolished and lauding the power of the free market in labor to avoid a wage-driven inflation spiral to … go on strike for more pay.

I’m sure normal service will resume tomorrow.

The strangest thing is that Murdoch’s three children challenging the the change to the family trust is not about James running the empire. Even if the three children win the case it will not change the Murdoch media empire from right wing to left wing overnight. You never know but possibly Rupert will outlive Bolt.

It might change things if all 4 stay in the family trust and the 3 outvote Lachlan.
