Surely we move back to Windy Hill aren’t they spending like 50 million to revamp the joint?
The young players learn ■■■■ standards from senior players and the cycle continues. It’s an unknown whether it would be a good or bad thing. Very few people at the club seem to know what success looks like.
We need to recruit more blokes like Merrett, Caddy, Durham - blokes who seem to have a real crack and can change the culture and break the cycle.

We’re reaping what we sow having blokes like Campbell, Dodoro and now Murphy act unaccountably for too long.

Langford (and Parish) is on big coin at Essendon. I can’t see him being offered the same money elsewhere. I would be very surprised if he left but, if he does, our salary cap will be the winner
If we had Parish, Langford, Ridley, Draper and Reid (collateral damage) all decide to seek a trade because of our High performance then I’d be prepared to lose Reid. You’ve got to a break a couple of eggs to make an omelette.
Not my ideal; I like Reid and reckon he will have a long career in spite of the injuries but those senior players are a weight on our club. They occupy best 22 spots currently but can’t get on the park. ALBATROSSES all of them.

Well the club better get if farking fixed pronto and it cant be just sacking Murphy jobs done.
We tried a few times just replacing the main bloke in charge but same issues still exist the entire s&c department needs to go
At what point do we just clear out the whole board? Blind Freddy could see there were major problems with our “high performance” department, and our brains trust decided to do nothing about it.

Didn’t we get Brisbanes fitness expert to have look and review the program he must have ticked it off that it was all good.
I wouldn’t be jumping to any conclusions. Our club have made an art-form of poor decision making.

What ever they did certainly didn’t help or fix the problem.
First person I would make a call to is Darren Burgess pay him a ridiculous amount that’s too good to refuse. If we have to go over the soft cap so be it and pay the fine get him out of Adelaide
Aceman has said a million times now that Burgess is back home for family reasons and money doesn’t really concern the man anymore. Not sure dropping a truck of cash on him is a great idea if he just wanted to be home with his family more

More money wasted on an issue that couldve been avoided. Memberships gonna skyrocket again next year, donate to the flight plan etc

Look at that list…all senior players who were part of the club during our worst period. It cannot be a coincidence. Years of low performance standards are catching up with them all.
