Jimmy is an advisor to a company making a concussive impact measuring mouthguard which will be trialled at 3 or 4 clubs this season. The media are calling it the Hird backed Mouthguard. In fact it is made by Hit IQ. Maybe Hirdy has put some money into it? Or maybe the name Hird gets lots of clicks.
