Agreed it has become particularly painful.
I’ve got a server upgrade in mind to do, but I’m on holiday. And if I stuffed the process, wouldn’t have the tools to fix it. So it’ll have to wait a week.

By my count - and with the official departure of Joe weighing heavily on my mood - "429 errors " have probably saved 143 accounts from being instabanned .

I had the forum in read-only mode and started taking a backup of the site to move it but took too long. Will see how it is in a few hours, but we risk losing whatever quality content is posted between now and then.
