Thanks for all you’ve done and continue to do on blitz. As Dons, we all need to vent and it’s great to have a medium to whinge and moan with fellow cranky fans and you provide just that. Keep up the good work!
I wonder what it would take to make adjustments to the ignore feature. The problem I currently have is that you still see a ‘view hidden reply’ message that can suck you back in and you still see all the responses to the ignored poster, which leaves you reading posts out of context.
Is there a way around this? Would it be possible to not be notified when an ignored poster has posted and to also not see responses to that poster?
Maybe this suggestion is too complicated or wouldn’t work out but there’s gotta be a better system than the current one.
Thanks very much for your consideration.

It’s called willpower. If you’re still curious, don’t block them.
Sure, but it doesn’t address the issue of seeing posts out of context
So we closed a thread on our greatest ever player and one who missed out on a coaching gig because he is at another club?
So why is the Draper thread still going?
Just move the Hird thread to another sub–forum
unless there was a bunch of delete posts it seemed pretty tame in the hird thread
I presume it’s closed to temp shut up the perpetual arguing in there
There’s an extra level of nuffie with the Hird cult people.
Hey folks, does anyone else have this issue on android phone. When I’m scrolling through a thread reading older posts (say I start at post 300 of 500), sometimes it will just all of a sudden continue scrolling right to the very lastest post. It may be a bug in Discourse when new posts are added whilst you are reading through the older ones.
Very frustrating. Not sure if there is a fix.
Yep, happens to me too
Yep, I get the same thing
On android, login to Blitz using the Chrome Browser, then press the vertical dots in the top right and select “install and create shortcut”.
This I believe circumvents the discourse app? Either way, it runs alot better than the standard Discourse app.
