At the start of the week, Richmond were at $9.50 to win.

Does the Baker inclusion warrant the increase in confidence for them? :woman_shrugging:t2:

Looks like the market believes so.

Don’t feel good about this one.

Just starting to get ready for dinner before going to the G. Bomberblitz feels very subdued today. You are making me nervous! Fire up people!

Have you tried looking at Richmond’s team?

Tigers now into $6.25 for a win. We have drifted out marginally to $1.11.

Quite a few punters throwing money on the Tigers the last few days - now, what do they know that we don’t?

See what their vfl is doing to ours?

Yup.

Are we doing cumulative scores now?

Otherwise it makes no difference.

We beat St.Kilda and WB despite Sandy Zebras and Footscray also flogging us in the VFL.

Means nothing. Well apart from our VFL program is balls. But we knew that as prior.

Getting on a $9 kicker in a 2 horse race is a mug punter’s idea of a free hit

Nothing more certain

We will win by 12 goals+ and I’m usually hesitant to predict too much after the last 20 years of heartburn watching this club

I have. It’s rubbish. But we’ve been their bunnies on this night for years. They’ve been smashed in the press this week. They will com out hard and if we are not on, they will bring the game down to their level.

If we are switched on, we will be fine.

Richmond will have a crack tonight. It’s a big occasion for their club, always has been.

It comes down to Essendon’s attitude (pressure / intent).

That’s what determines the result and margin.

Maybe punters think a tenacious Tiger outfit could be hard to fend off by a questionable attitude Essendon.

I’m going tonight, so expect a nail-biting win.
