Based on all the whispers this last week I reckon we will have another signing this week. I’m hoping for Hurley or Heppell, but I reckon we’ll get Bellchambers.

Thoughts on the next one?

Nah… just pick the side with a bit of romance in mind this week.

The 4 weeks after that we’ll be needing all the pick-me-up we can get.

Hurley and Hibberd are both managed by Connors.

Everything I have heard on Hurls has been positive but Connors does drive a hard bargain. Unlike Heppell, Hurley comes out at the end 2017, at which point he would be a FA. This one was bound to take longer because I imagine a new deal will be worked on to tie up Hurley for his football life time I believe. His behavior doesn’t strike me as someone who wants out.

Hibberd is interesting - have actually heard nothing on him.

Keeping his clam shut.

Are we sad enough to need another one of these? It has been a fortnight and that is how often we seem to need a pick-me-up apparently.

There is one 12 that is about to re-sign.

He is actually out of contract in the traditional sense and I am really pleased because he was generating some real interest.

I do wonder if it will be announced in the coming days. Hope so.
