Your whole rant is based on assumptions and your own opinion!
Unless you have experience working at the club or at least working at another AFL club then all the points you have made are just your personal opinion.
You talk about the coaches sticking around far to long yet Woosha has only been at the club two years. Hardly enough time to implement his game plan or change the culture.
Yet I’m sure you know better.
Quick everyone, close the board down if we are buying into the bolded text.
And I specifically said “coaching staff” meaning any of the coaching staff not just Worsfold. Neeld, Harvey and Skipworth specifically.
All of which make the supporters head scratch as to why they are still in jobs.
Another key example is last year Skipworth actually showed some production by making the forwardline a real threat and after 12 months of that, what happened? The coaching staff decided to move him to the midfield group instead.
DUMB.
Really?
Seriously, if you muppets are going to attack people for things, at least have the decency to a) have a clue what you are talking about, and b) attack the right people.
And I don’t rate Neeld, Harvey or Skipworth either, before you jump to any conclusions about me.

Any chance the coaches might make some changes today if things aren’t going our way, and not when the games over like last week.

I really use to like that song “Are we heading in the right direction.”
if it’s not about Woosha then why do you ■■■■■ and moan about him all the time?

You might want to place a bet on that, what are the odds?
My understanding is, its all up to the playing group???

That’s not necessary mate!
All involved at the club are passionate and want to bring success to the club.
Some people around here seem to think we have a god given right to success just because we are Essendon! That in my the attitude that has seen us struggle for so long.
The club is not perfect but it’s certainly heading in the right direction even if the results aren’t as good as we would like just yet!
Why do people keep saying this type of crap?
The truth of the matter is that we have done the same thing over and over again since 2000 and it has left us in football purgatory with a talented but mentally fragile playing group as a result.
So presumably you were saying the same thing at the end of round 9 in 2012 during the Hird revolution ?
Saying what?
Edit: I’m guessing you are not quoting me😊

He was good, so why move him on into another role so soon?
I still believe the forwards need a good forward coach who has been a champion of the game.
Worsfold said he is looking for the players to play the way we want them to play oh dear!
Stating the obvious or going back to their is confusion in the understanding of the game plan
Glad Worsfold reads my posts
Stringer forward
Hooker back
Fantasia mid

wow he actually made a move!
I am somehow angrier than I was last week.
Ooooh, football is a very complicated game that you people can’t possibly understand.
Is it though?
Is it?

What a time to be alive.
AA backman plays down back
AA half-forward plays up forward
= forward line looks more lively and defence looks more organised.

Somehow I’m a lot happier

I think you know what I’m saying.
It’s lovely that we can beat an unbeaten side when we play our players in the right position.
It’s not lovely that we lost to a bottom side out of arrogance and hubris.
Edit: And the very definition of a Happy Clapper.

That’s of course the same bottom side that nearly rolled a top side
Did they though?
Why not?
Reality check: they didn’t win.
Edit: I know winning is irrelevant to happy clappers, but still.
