Just got an email from Kayo saying my Telstra subscription is going from $15 a month to $27.50. WTF?

hit your 12 months at 15?

Isn’t $27.50 more than premium ($25 a month?)

if I remember correctly, you get an activation code which you use that to re-activate your KAYO account.

If not, contact KAYO

No result on both counts but thanks for your help. I thought it might be the voucher code but club did not send anything with my receipt. Thanks for your help.

I had the same problem. The club did not send me the Kayo specific email in addition to the receipt. I called member services and they sent it. It had an active link that connected to Kayo. The code was in the small print at the bottom but I didn’t need it.

Thanks Ken. I sent an email to the club so maybe theyll fix it in time for sunday. Otherwise theres a couple of rsl clubs in coolangatta. Thanks for the info

Anyone currently having issues with declined payments for Kayo? Somehow my card details had changed in the system/on the account page to an old expiry date. CB snr had the same problem.

Adding this here so I can find it as I’ll need it next month.

Anyone watching Kayo through the bottom of a coke bottle right now? Thought I had time warped to 2004.

Disgrace they charge what they do for this trash service.

It’s fine when I watch on my computer. Through my Chromecast; not so much. At times I felt like I was watching a RealAudio file on Windows 98.

It’s been ok for me so far today.
