Kerr’s appointment has almost no impact on us as supporters and outsiders.
His position is to manage people in the football department to do their jobs. Plus he won’t even be managing the people who are working with the players. I’m sure it’s a great get for the club, and will improve its management of the football department overall. But it really doesn’t have an impact on people outside the club. And we won’t even notice it.
