Caldwell is already light years ahead of Lonergan, what the actual fk? Or is this just edgelord ■■■■-posting
for me the development side this off season is key. Can we get huge improvement in the below group and if we can the we contend.

Its not thats these boys dont have talent we just cannot develop anyone. Most of the list above need to be eating 5 chickens a day high on protien to build 6-7kg of muscle only then can they be ready for AFL level.
i hope they do … I have a fair few shares in inghams
if they do and half come good plus kako and another first round pick we should improve drastically
good chat on the club site with Rosa (if you can listen to Jobe as well for 10 minutes):
Pretty general answers there by Rosa, but he did confirm the focus is the draft and getting more picks in.
That’s definitely a view
interesting, I felt like he gave some insights on quite a few of the frequently discussed topics/issues on this sight.
Maybe it’s just me.
How list management works? Yes true. But some already know this if you follow it closely.
I’m more interested in specific for this trade period.
‘A really important aspect of recruiting is bringing in the right characters.’
Shame we had to stomach Jobe for 10 minutes but glad to hear Rosa say that.
They both got named in a top ten of bad contracts in the AFL, for reason of length of time and money for two unreliable players. I think a few of our other players contracts would be close. Dudoro’s legacy on the way out.
Still wrapping my head around of Dodo not longer at the club.
Such a breath of fresh air and new ideas in list stragety with Rosa
Matt Rosa seems like a really nice guy but is ‘nice’ a vice or a virtue in this cut throat recruitment process? Adrian always had an angle, always gave the impression he was totally on top of things, always considered himself the smartest guy in the room and he loved the game playing and the mind games. Trouble was, other recruiters were wary of him and towards the end in my opinion, he became a little complacent and made some serious errors of judgement.
To be fair, Matt may turn out to be a genius recruiter but based on first impressions from the interview and the deafening silence from the club so far, mediocrity continues to stalk us. He gave me the impression of being a nervous first year apprentice on a CFMEU worksite. I desperately hope I’m wrong.
Lawry wants that UV light crime scene bedroom from his recruits
Dodoro was a hack. Rosa hasn’t even had one off season and you’re writing him off.
Swear to ■■■■ Dodoro must keep voodoo dolls of the club and it’s fans.
Played a straight bat in the interview, nothing can be gleaned from it. Bad take by most trying to denigrate him before his first end of season period.
Cant believe some are already doubting him we wont know for a few years if Rosa is any good or not.
I felt like he just came off a little less arrogant/(over)confident than his significantly more experienced predecessor.
Of all of the more public-facing personnel at the club, Rosa is the one I’d be inclined to be somewhat optimistic about.
Rule No1, 2 and 3 for Rosa, keep your head down, play a straight bat and don’t bring any unwanted attention to yourself.
And don’t make enemies by placing smart ass bids on players that other clubs have done the work on.
