Actually listened to the podcast now Scott. My earlier comment was before hearing it. Liked the honesty and it pretty much reflected my view for the most part. Main points were throwing games into kids, stringer forward for confidence whilst developing a tank, hooker back (for now) and club having a good soul search of its development program and internal staff.
