There’s a less-cropped version of the Walla photo that shows a pack of durries on the table. Hopefully that’s not the reason he ran out of puff towards the end of the season…

Pretty sure he is meant to be Garth from Wayne’s World but not a great effort. Garth doesn’t wear the hat, has straight hair and glasses.
