I find their ads rather embarrassing tbh. It is based on outdated fears (where they ever in date?) and strange concepts. I may be on the no side but even I can see how absurd these claims are.
I was reading a News.Com article about the âNoâ campaign yesterday and noticed an ad for the âYesâ campaign right in the middle of it. Made me chuckle a bit.
I remember having a good mate who was a Dr at Fairfield Hospital where many of the AIDS patients were. It was very scary and tragic, but many believed they were bullet-proof and immune. They were wrong.
This is an interesting post, except Iâd argue as humans we are way too selfish to make socialism work, and few people would end up holding the âpowerâ, and we would get reamed. IIRC Marx actually advocates for a temporary dictatorship whilst transitioning. Would that âtransitionâ ever be complete?, Not to mention, (IMO) people would still be left behind regardless of the system (including being homeless), due to mental illness, and just the general âdysfunctionalnessâ of many human beings.

About 36.7 million people were living with HIV around the world in 2016, and 19.5 million of them were receiving medicines to treat HIV, called antiretroviral therapy (ART). An estimated 1 million people died from AIDS-related illnesses in 2016. Sub-Saharan Africa, which bears the heaviest burden of HIV and AIDS worldwide, accounts for about 64% of all new HIV infections. Other regions significantly affected by HIV and AIDS include Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
