Smack deserves special mention. Thought he stepped up and gave our midfield a chance. Wasn’t bog but close to most important.

Dawks also look like they have slipped a bit. Clarko to rue his recruiting strategy before the end of the season is over. They look vulnerable where once they looked almost invincible.

For most of the game we kept an effective presence forward of the play. Even better, it was fast and able to pressure the contest.

Merrett and Parish gives us the core of a formidable stoppage crew for the future.

Mcgrath impressed the hell out of me even without the ball.
