Parish just seems off the pace!
It’s once the game settles that we are a worry. They are moving the ball very easily and have 3 giants in the forward line.
We are ok when it is high intensity kamikaze ball, but if we lose the intensity a few percent, we’ll get cut up.
At the game, few observations from that quarter. Its mostly negative because Im truly shocked that we are in front.

We are seriously terrible on the spread. Our midfielders are both slow and position way too offensively all the time.

Laverde is done. Completely done. He gives his opponents so much space.

I love this bloke hence the name, but Darcy Parish cannot play against teams that have pace in the middle. Im not sure if he has always been like this and Ive never noticed but he is so unbelievably slow. He is either injured or for whatever reason has lost every bit of pace he ever had.

Two positives to finish with. Ben Mckay is an awesome player. An absolute rock. And Nic Martins kicking so far tonight has been phenomenal.
