North have lost 18 games in a row yet their selected team for today’s game still looks stronger than ours.
Games aren’t played or won on paper… but pretty bloody depressing with the list situation we are in.

I literally don’t see how we win this.
Everything is coming up for North to break a winless streak. Cunnington’s last game, they’re playing a bunch of exciting kids that specialise in our weakness (inside game) whilst most of the list has already booked their September holidays. Last week was the most pathetic win I’ve witnessed in my life supporting this club, and they’ll put us out of our misery early.
North will lead by 39 points at around the last break, but we’ll come home late and get the margin back to 12 points but a few late goals will get them back to 24 points. Probs MacKay best on and Cunnington to kick the sealer.

I’ve got a theory that towards the end of the season clubs select players as subs that they have seen enough of. They have nothing to gain from playing at either level.

IMO we are playing quite tall now and he’s the best available small should we sub one out, and been playing a range of roles from small fwd, wing and has run through centre at times
