the lettuce is shredded so probs better off with byo.
Yah was editing…
Can u just buy naked patties?
Should be able to. You can get grilled chicken from one of the burgers in a box. Messy AF if you’re driving and eating tho.
It’s the same recipe.
Interesting, I read a FB comment that someone who’s tried both found the one in Australia less spicy.
Either way, I’m sure they’re all delicious!
Well, it is almost always hotter in Singapore than here …
Definitely exactly the same ingredients, but local source. So possibly some variability due to that.
Chicken Big Jack > Regular Big Jack
Yeah when I worked there early 80’s the fries and apple pies were cooked in lumps of shortening that we’d have to peel a blue plastic bag off at the start of each shift before it went into the frying vat
You could stick your hand in it and it felt like clay
One urban myth was that one of the more senior staff had “special relations” with a huge lump of shortening
They were still doing the shortening when I worked there as a schoolkid in the late 90s.
I bet you guys didn’t have green & white striped polyester shirts that melted into your skin when leant against the grill
The brown pants were a fashion crime too
Yep it changed in the early 00s
I certainly had the green and white stripes get up.
Needs a comeback McDav.
Your hipster joint burger places are all over the shortening. Makes fries taste so much better.
Noone eats french fries to stay healthy.
