I had researched McAdam for my Supercoach team…

His pick-up has been a disaster.

At the end of 2023, Melbourne traded an F2 for him. That’s a 2nd rounder in the 2024 “super draft”. The draft that clubs were offering 2025 first-rounders to get back into the second round.

McAdam arrived with a known injury, played lacklustre football, got dropped to the VFL.

Melbourne disappointed in 2024, so the traded draft pick moved up the order.

Now it looks like another injury.

So much for the genius of Melbourne’s “Draft-er Pay” strategy.

I’m considering falsifying a report of May getting wasted on the nose beers and punching someone.

With his form and the clubs recent history, surely he’s got to cop a long term “time away from the club to reassess his priority for the game”.

Need a big ticket player like him to go down.

I don’t wish injuries on anyone, but if some one has to be sacrificed it might as well be that arsehat.
