Club 2: interviews you late, just booed their players off the ground, just sacked their coach (this is post interview obviously). Been a mess for over 2 decades.
You could see why he might feel a little more aligned with Club 1 and feel it a better environment to walk into but, once he is selected he will be one of us. Nothing to worry about.

Players once drafted and get into a club usually are fine. Always think of Ollie Wine’s mum crying on radio or something about him getting drafted to Port as the club were resetting and hired Hinkley and the club went on to start the season 5-0 or something from memory!
