Mr Salmon by Greg Champion

Coodabeen Champions tribute to Paul Salmon. This was preceded by a discussion between Ian Cover, Jeff Richardson against Keith Dunstan (Anti Football League), Tim Bowden, (winner of the Wilkie Medal for doing the least for Aussie Rules) and John jost, former host of the 7.30 Report and one eyed Collingwood supporter.

Thanks for posting Balking Heads.

Enjoyed it and loved the song.

On really old Coodabeens songs: a Rhys-Jones one mentions he was meant to be traded to us. Can anyone elaborate?

(Would have happened 1985-1989, when I was living in the USA.)

It was a parody of the “Where’s the playground Susie.” They called it “What’s your problem Rhys-Jones?” I think the line went something like below. Remember it was early 86 and we had just won back to back flags.

“They’re trading you to Essendon,
Somehow you’ll find a way to make a mess of them.”

I’ve heard the song, obviously >:)
