Absolutely. Looking at the whole incident, the kid charges at Baguley, who is stationary. Then the kid lowers his shoulder and puts his head in a position so his head will hit Baguley. Baguley lowers his shoulder to ensure shoulder to shoulder contact. No contact to the head. Kid fails in his attempt to charge Baguley. Baguley hits him in the arm. Kid stages being knocked out.
Kid should be fined a. for deliberately charging Baguley, Kid should be fined for staging.
No contact to the head occurs at any point .

You can be reported for faking, but 18YO soft ■■■■ is fine, good line of questioning.
I reckon the fact he can be reported for staging is why Bags is facing a suspension. When the MRP questioned him yesterday of course he was going to say it was worse than what it was otherwise he admits that he was actually staging.
