It certainly has that Pearl Jam stamp of quality.

The issue I have is that it seems not better or worse than a lot of their material. I think for me the vocals are really good from Eddie on this song.

I've heard half of the new PJ album, and it's definitely Backspacer part II, but still 5 good songs make it worth it, for PJ. As they are getting older as a band. Anything good is a bonus, as they don't have to release anything, I mean they could have retired after Yield. But they still bring out an album every few years.

On a side note, have you heard the Into the Wild soundtrack?? That was brilliant.

I listen to that album at least once a week.

Absolutely brilliant album. I never get sick of it. It takes me to another level.

Well they just played it on Triple M and it sounded good. Well compared to what they normally play on there.

Sort of like a modern day miniature take on Alive. (or something like that)

yeah nah i've moved on a lot musically since I was 16, getting old, gave it a run on Spotify a while ago though.

Would scare the kiddies too much to play on the house stereo.
