I was surprised when Dodoro wasn’t let go in Feb this year. I’ve said a few times that the time to get rid of a list manager is after the draft and trade period is over. You’ve too much downside risk throwing a new person in the chair right before the draft, it’s setting them up to fail.
So I’m expecting us to run with Dodoro through to the end of the draft or even the PSS period. Probably with more oversight. Then once all the balls in the air have landed, replace him with a high quality headhunted target.

Not a bad thread because the others don’t talk about who is available to take the gig. I liked the giants initial drafting strategy when they came into the competition, tough, big body, footballers not athletes. Also Stephen wells is available but not sure if he is too old now. One from left field cal twomey, has great contacts in the industry.
