Looks lively.
Might have to trade for 2027 first rounders to make sure we get Boris Jnr and this kid.
Whoops - forgot about Tevita Rodan
Might have to resort to warehousing one of them… Like how Geelong hid Stewart in the VFL (by playing him out of position) before selecting him
Trade Parish, merrrett and Ridley. Hope the 2nd rounders give us enough points?
That’s a good set of stats.
And #5 behind him showing us all why the “2mP eyes closed” marking style is not the preferred style. Lol.
Who them?
Bewick, Darwish and Rodan
Imagine the smile on David Rodan’s face when his son kicks a goal over his head.
Blake Justice did more of the main session today than the three younger boys: Bewick, Darwish and Rodan.
cheers for content mate. I think this kid is a real smokey.

Yeah I’m definitely big on him mate. Just inside my top 20.
Rookie draft yeh?
Pretty sure he has chronic OP right?
around 15-20 is a great mark for us for the best NGA that year, have some space up the top to hopefully take a high pick or two and have later picks to match down and still get a really talented kid

Despite how little he has played this year? Where was he ranked at the end of last year?

Last year he was probably considered top 30.
The way he has come back from a long injury layoff and not missed a beat is incredible. He played one game for Calder and was so one-touch that Vic Metro picked him straight away.
He is one of the cleanest in the draft.
Some thoughts and footage of the James Hird Academy kids @ training

I’d have him as a rookie at best personally. Talent aside, he is injury prone.

Injury prone like in 2025 when he played 15 out of Calder’s 15 games?
