We all know that we need fantasia in, so let’s just talk about every other option before it’s fletch out fantasia in and we put up a galiant performance but end up being robbed by dubious shithouse umpiring decisions whenever we get too much momentum because there is only one thing you can ever be sure of when you travel out of melbourne, it’s that the umpires become an even new level of shithouse.

I would have zaka out before any of them. If jobe is not fully fit then just give him a week off to get himself right.
Wouldn’t bring chapman back for this game, he would be a liability on such a big ground.
Freo is the only undefeated team left so if they are due to have a bad game, it could well be against us. Remember the PA game when people gave us zero chance over there. The only excuse on the worst performing game we have thus far is to try save energy for the big one out west. I don’t know, my excuse list is at the end and this is the last one.

Even though Zaka was far from setting the world on fire it’s hard to drop someone who was a multiple goal scorer when we are struggling to find them.

Hird said he wouldn’t play Ashby three games as sub in a row because he wanted him to play a full game. I would think the same will apply to Hams.

Radical suggestion. Worth a try ?. Use Ambrose to tag Fyfe. Probably our only player strong enough and big enough with the tank to run with him tackle him and bring him to ground all day. Only thing I am not sure of is how fast Fyfe is?Unfortunately Fyfe is capable of lateral movement, which would pretty much be the end of Ambrose.

But seriously remember what happened to Dangerfield when he got roughed up a bit by Bernie Vince. Not sure if it will work on Fyfe. But we can just let Fyfe run riot, sideways and all then ?.Whats your suggestion?
I’d actually like an Ambrose match up on Dangerfield a lot more, Dangerfield tries to bull his way through instead of dodging around, which would be playing right into Ambrose’s hulk-like hands.
Fyfe will have a big advantage in at least one area no matter who we choose, that’s why he’s a great player, I just think the damage he could do in traffic with Ambrose on him would be too high. I’d go with Melksham to start with and see how it pans out.
You do know that Dangerfield doesn’t play for the Dockers, don’t you?
