Nfl 2013/14

Pretty ordinary divisional games after the terrific wildcard round to be honest.

Anyway, the prelims are over now and it gets serious from this weekend.

I will be a shattered man if we lose to New England.

Both games should be epic and the 4 best teams did get through.

I want the Seahawks in the Superbowl, can't stand them and would love to see Peyton rip them apart.

Obviously we have a massive hurdle beforehand.

I guess I have to go for Denver, even though everyone around me will be insufferable.

The alternative is Harbaugh, Carroll, or Belicheck getting a ring. No thanks.

I can understand how other teams' supporters my not like Harbaugh. But, put yourself in the shoes of a Niners supporter. We were a f'ing laughing stock when he came around. 3 hopeless coaches in a row. Living off past glory. In his 3 years we have been to 3 NFC Championships and a Superbowl (hopefully 2).

An absolute gift for us. I love him.

I honestly can't see us (Patriots) winning in Denver, but then, I couldn't see us winning a playoff game either.

The Patriots are a completely different team to even the start of this season.

They are now running the ball more than throwing, for the first time since 1992. Drew Bledsoe was drafted in 1993 and Brady took over from him.

Denver's Passing Offence is far better than our Pass Defense, though if we can run the ball and keep Manning off the field, we're a chance. However, our Running Offence is probably only as good as their Run Defense.

We'd need to add back in Wilfork, Mayo, Kelly & Spikes to challenge them defensively. And that's not happening.

Add to that Home town calls and I'd be very happy, but very surprised if we last another week.

Home town calls....ironic!

He's the exact coach we needed. Larger than life, innovative, passionate and give zero farks what anyone thinks. Going to love seeing him on the sidelines at Levi's Stadium
Edit: and imagine if he's on the sidelines at Levi's Stadium for Super Bowl L

Yeah, but you've knocked the Packers out of the playoffs two years in a row. So I'm going to hate him no matter what. But apart from that, he's a good coach and Kaepernick is a decent quarterback.

In the most Lion move ever, the Detroit Lions hire Jim Caldwell as HC. Guess it's between the Packers and Bears again for the NFCN next year.

I think the defence hasnt been that bad in the last few weeks against the pass...Collins, Dennard and Ryan have been good this season. Ninkovich and Chandler Jones are amazing

Very meh.

But Lovie Smith to Tampa & Whisenhunt to the Titans seem like good moves.

Whisenhunt will make a very good head coach (again). Just needs a half decent team around him.

Denver owning the Pats coming into the last 3 minutes.

Broncos have it, excellent!

Pats defence just couldn't contain.  Too many first downs.

Really happy for Payton, deserved another trip to the Super Bowl.
