The three blokes who owned our Distributor business in Israel went to College in USA and all had played American football. Last time I was there in 2001, they were playing in casual pickup games in Tel Aviv and I went and watched the fun. No padding or helmets but they were hard at all, like Israelis do at everything ! Played on a soccer ground and I really enjoy the spectacle, actually more than NFL as the action had few breaks and it was fast and furious.
I reckon even Israeli “seniors” would make it a very willing contest.
He could be this seasons Sam Darnold- way better QB than his record indicates.

Given he had surgery on his knee like…2 months ago surely there would have been contingencies in place from Baltimore’s end? Sounds like cold feet to me.
It certainly shakes a few scenarios up, not least the Raiders plans for using the picks they were getting in return. I wonder what his trade value is going to be now if it’s true there are medical concerns following his surgery.
