We’ve definitely had a couple of things not go our way but by the same token, and I hate to say it, Penrith have been (slightly) the better side and are deserved winners.

Both teams left nothing out on the field and thought it was a great game and officiated pretty well in the end.
Amazing how many theatre goers were out and about today that watched their 1 annual game of NRL and whinged about every bit of play and every decision. I ended up losing my ■■■■ at one Penrith bloke who I doubt even supports them
In the age of equalisation, to be able to produce four on the bounce is quite incredible. I thought they would find it hard this year without Crighton and Kikau but they found a way. Great club. Great team.

4 in a row is just a staggering/unbelievable achievement in any top class competition in this country.
Storm had a great year and their last 20 years suggests they will be back with a vengeance next year. The Panthers are going to lose a couple of players next year and will still be strong but maybe 5 in a row is out of the question?

The Panthers are a formidable force, and it took real resilience from Melbourne to stay in the game as long as they did. Unfortunately, the loss of big Nelson and some questionable bunker decisions didn’t help our cause.
On the bright side, as a Storm supporter, you can be confident they’ll return in 2025, ready to compete at the highest level once again—it’s in their DNA.
