Not really. In those swims you wouldn’t disqualify every single competitor on a quick view of the video. It’s arguably the worst refereed sport in the world, as it relies on a huge number of referees ignoring the 99 offenders that pass them, and then pinging the 1 person they don’t like. And you can’t fix that by averaging votes to remove the arbitrariness, as in various other events; you just need two to dislike you, and you’re gone.
