Zero complaints in terms of effort. The boys competed hard all game
Quite frankly the young players carried the team today and made some of the experienced guys join them
If could even slightly defend a kick out, we win today and win comfortably
Langford when the pressure is on, just doesn’t deliver
Eleni is a woeful umpire.just woeful
Robey is an absolute beast
Sharp was terrific until he got injured- hope he is ok
Bryan looked good for his first game back. Some of his taps were really good
We competed hard, but we lost. I can handle that

Scott has had 4 years to implement a defensive structure that holds up but we continually get sliced through very easily.

In the moment wanted to win, but the result is better for us long term. Lots of good signs.
Not happy about the defensive issues.

Difference is they kicked straight and we didn’t.

How many times did we have it in our forward 50 and they just walked it out under no pressure.

You’d think Caddy would have been handy to have on the ground in the last five minutes.

Sharp, May and Robey showing their potential.
I’m fine with a loss like that. Came in with the youngest team in the league and arguably should’ve won.
Robey and Sharp will be a formidable duo in the middle. Both very strong.

Fantastic effort today.
I’ll take it as a win. So many great signs from all the young players.

The inability to defend the ground from our f50 and concede multiple goals coast to coast is really a farkin’ joke.
Positives though for me today was Dyson Sharp’s first half and Robey’s final quarter. It’s nice, after a 20 year hunt, to find not one but two young big bodied mids that can win clearances and stand up in a tackle and dish it off.

I’d also say that the one silver lining of Sharp’s injury was it showed how influential he’d been. It kick started their comeback.

Backline rubbish - Reid and Blaki cannot stay in this team. Both well below AFL standard.
Learn to kick Bombers field kicking and goal kicking just pathetic

We have some great youngsters but how do we get another batch of three? One player if we get it right won’t help us quick enough. We have senior players and others (we know who they are) are not ever going to be good enough. They need to be moved on.
