we are systematically unable to hit up targets with a slow build up. also unable to stop it.
Our previous coach didn’t think so.

I thought the most pleasing part was our defence. Geelong thive on a slow build up and always seem to have a spare in space to kick too. First half of gf last year Richmond allowed this.
We where also good in this area Geelong could not find a spare to kick too. We where very good in this area.
We lacked a bit of polished going fwd but our ball movement was really good.
Having more talls in the side is a big plus Geelong long kicks down the line where defended well.
Gee cawdwel is a very good player already. Was super impressed. Very disciplined hard-working two way runner.
Hind was a dangerous player on the offence not sure if he was very good at the defensive side or not.
Wright did his job, solid but I feel that’s his ceiling. Which is fine.
Cox showed flashes and showed a good tall marking target on a wing.
